Potato Cutlets |
- Potatoes - 4 nos
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp (adjust as per taste)
- Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Corn starch / corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Bread crumbs - as required
- Oil - for toasting
- Boil the potatoes and mash it well without any lumps
- Add in all the other ingredients except bread crumbs and oil and knead well
- Make patties in your favourite shapes, then roll in the bread crumbs
- Heat a pan, drizzle few drops of oil and place the cutlets
- After a min, flip it over and allow to cook the other side. If needed few drops of oil can be added
- Once it gets cooked, remove from the pan and serve hot with any chutney / ketchup
