Mango Sorbet!!!!!!
(Sourc:Wiki) Sorbet /sɔːrˈb/ is a frozen dessert made from sweetened water with flavouring ,typically fruit juice or fruit puréeSorbet has just two main ingredients: fruit and sugar. There may also be some water, flavorings, or acid added to it, but it's essentially blended fruit that's churned and then frozen. No dairy is added to sorbet, which is how it is different from ice cream

Mango Sorbet
 Ingredients:
  • Mango Pulp - 1 cup (I used 1 medium sized Ripe mango)
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 1/4 cup
Method:

  1. Sugar Syrup: In a vessel, add sugar and water and boil for few mins until the sugar gets dissolved and allow it to cool down completely
  2. Wash and peel the mango and cut into pieces into blender, grind it into a fine puree
  3. In a mixing bowl, add in the mango puree, cooled syrup and lemon juice; mix well
  4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze it for around 2 hours
  5. After 2 hours, take out the mixture and blend it for around 2 mins using blender or using beater or even fork
  6. Then freeze it again; repeat this step for atleast 3-4 times (I freeze for around 4-6 hours and then blend). At this stage, the mixture would be creamy
  7. Once its done, freeze the mixture for around 6-8 hours or overnight
  8. After 6-8 hours, take out the container and keep for 2-3 mins at room temperature (for the ease of scooping)
  9. Scoop out and Serve immediately!
