Hello From Me!!!

Hello,

First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for visiting my blog.

As most of the girls, I rarely had the opportunity to engage in regular day-to-day cooking until we arrived in the United States last year. Upon my arrival, I developed a passion for learning various recipes, including basic ones, and incorporating them into my daily cooking routine.

Furthermore, I am committed to minimizing the consumption of refined and packaged foods. Consequently, I embarked on a quest to discover healthier recipes. Given the numerous recipes I have experimented with over the past year, it became challenging to keep track of them all.

Therefore, I created this blog as a repository to document and preserve my recipes for future reference. I believe it is an effective method of recording recipes online.

My interest in baking has led me to experiment with different cakes and muffins, all while avoiding Maida (refined white flour) and opting for our local wheat flour, “Atta.”

Although I refer to recipes online, the ones I intend to share here have been tried and adapted to my taste preferences. Additionally, I am committed to including traditional recipes from our own home. 

I am a new blogger who is still learning and improving in the areas of cooking and photography. I would appreciate your feedback on the recipes I share. Your comments would be a great motivator for me.
